Every week in my Design Fundamentals class we have to design, print, and mail postcards to our teacher. Each week we vote on different themes or topics for our postcards. This has been really challenging but also alot of fun. Here are my postcards from week 1 through week 5.

Some friends showed me one of the most entertaining websites I have ever seen.
I have spent about an hour on it already when I really should be working on one of my final projects or studying for exams this week.

For my graphic processes class. I’m using my teacher’s name for a band and communist propaganda as my design inspiration. I hope he doesn’t read too much into it and think I’m calling him a commie.

On another note, I just heard a guy on his phone saying:
They aren’t going to charge you with grand theft are they? But your fingerprints and pocket book are all in it.

Okay so I wanted to get this blog up and going, but I should be catching up on my school work. I wanted to get a post up in each of my categories to make it look like a functioning blog. Here’s what I should be doing:

HTML -

I have two quizzes I need to take tonight
homework, a chapter’s worth of scripting CSS, Java, DHTML, I hate it all
studying for my final exam

Graphic Processes -

I need to draw up ideas for my final projects: a Poster, letterhead/stationary & business card logo, a postcard style mailer, a CD insert, and a greeting card. I don’t know how to use design software yet so I’ll have to take my drawings to someone who does.
Study for two quizzes on wednesday night/make flash cards
Homework (20 questions on a hand-out)

Photography –

Taking photos for my final portfolio, I have about 40 to do and we can’t use old ones. (On average I take about 200 to get 10 to turn in)
studying for my comprehensive final exam

Karate –

studying for the written exam
practicing for my kata test. I’m not sure if I know all of the one I need to do, but I have to run through all that I’ve learned to and I always get freaked out and screw up or forget them. This is the most daunting of all the stuff I need to do.

I should probably go get started.

WoW… I need a break

I can’t seem to get myself to want to log in to WoW. I think I need a break. Everytime I think about logging in and just playing because I want to have fun, I just feel depressed. I know if I log in I’ll have to deal with crap or people or whatever so I just don’t want to. I can’t even get myself to want to log in for the cross-realm premades and those are fun.

Phone Playlist

I keep the playlist on my phone short. I have way too many songs to choose from and have very little time to wear headphones so I just pick a few and load ‘em on there every now and then.
